Co-founded in 2002 by Ruth Peck, an actress on Broadway, in the Grand Opera, on television, and a producer, and the late Mary Elaine House, educator and benefactor of the arts, Rockwall MusicFest and the Rockwall Philharmonic Orchestra have made great strides in helping to establish Rockwall as a cultural center for music and the arts. The orchestra comprises approximately 60 gifted musicians, a mix of talented young student and accomplished adult performers alongside seasoned professionals.
